STEP 1.
Shop risk-free by purchasing a 100ml or 50ml fragrance. A 2ml sample of the matching fragrance will automatically be added to your order for you to try before opening your full-sized bottle.

STEP 2.
When your fragrance arrives, before opening your full-sized bottle, take the time to try your 2ml sample first. With around 48 sprays, it’s enough to wear for two to three days, allowing you to experience your new fragrance without the full commitment.

STEP 3.
Love it? Keep your full-sized fragrance. Didn't like the sample? Return the full-size product for a refund or store credit. Make sure you send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order, unopened and with all packaging intact. Please make sure to read our full returns policy.

In the extremely rare instance that you've had an allergic reaction to a product, discontinue use of the product immediately, take a photo of the reaction, and contact our support team. Please ensure to read our full ingredient listing on each product page at the time of purchasing.

When receiving your fragrances, please refer to the ingredients listing on the packaging to ensure suitable for you skin.

You may notice slight variations in the colour of your fragrance from one batch to another or between different bottle sizes. This is completely normal and due to a few factors:

• Natural ingredients: We use high-quality natural oils, which can vary slightly in colour depending on the harvest or season.
• Batch production: Our fragrances are made in small batches, and minor colour differences can occur without affecting the scent.
• Bottle size: Larger bottles may appear darker due to the volume of liquid and the way light passes through it.

Rest assured, these subtle colour differences have absolutely no impact on the scent, quality, or performance of your fragrance. Each bottle goes through strict quality control to ensure that what you receive is true to our original formulation.

While we endeavour to process all orders within 48hrs of placement, please note shipping times will be longer during peak sale periods. Please expect a delay during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding! 

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following work day.
