SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Delivery costs shall be paid by you and are indicated in your cart when you check out. There are no delivery costs for purchases over $90. There will be a $5 AUD delivery cost for purchases under $90.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following work day. We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box.

We will deliver your products to the delivery address in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to fulfil your request.

During peak sale periods, please also allow 5-10 business days for your order to be dispatched. Any delivery periods displayed in this policy or on the site are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company.

who is elijah does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by an third party. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please email us at info@whoiselijah.com.au

We may leave the products at your premises. Risk in the products will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address provided in your order.

We will take reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of your incorrect data entry.

Order places within Australia are dispatched from Sydney.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your new fragrance! That’s why we offer two ways for you to experience our fragrances before committing to a full-sized purchase:


2ML SAMPLES 

All of our 50ml & 100ml fragrances bottles come bundled with a 2ml sample of the matching fragrance, allowing you to experience your new perfume before unwrapping the full-sized bottle.

After using the 2ml sample, you can decide to keep your purchase, or if you’re not feeling it return the unopened, unused full-size bottle for a refund or store credit ONLY, within 14 days of receiving your order. 

DISCOVERY SET 

Our Discovery Set includes ELEVEN of our signature scents in 2ml mini-atomisers, so you can experience them all before committing to a full-sized purchase. Please note, we do not offer refunds on our DISCOVERY SET, unless faulty, as this is a sample set for you to test all of our fragrances.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • All 50ml & 100ml fragrance bottles are eligible to be returned for a refund or store credit ONLY, within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Sets, Trios, 10mls & 5mls are NOT eligible to be returned, as these creations are considered final sale, unless faulty.
  • Products must be in original packaging, unopened and unused to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are returned late, used or damaged in any way. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
  • The cost of return shipping at the customer’s expense is non-refundable. This includes purchases that have been returned to the sender due to incorrect address or failure to collect.
  • In the event of a return, please be aware that any free gift should be returned. If you fail to include the gift, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value of the gift from your refund.
  • 50ml or 100ml fragrances purchased on Pre Order are still eligible to be returned. The return policy begins from the date your order is delivered.

EXCHANGES

  • Due to the made to order nature of our products we do not offer exchanges. If you decide you want to return your 50ml or 100ml purchase, you may do so within the timeframe to receive a refund or store credit to which you then can re-purchase your desired fragrance.

STORE CREDITS

  • Store credits do not expire and can be used until the entire value has been redeemed.

HOW TO RETURN

To start your return, please click here to download and print our returns form. Please fill in our returns form and include this in your return package.

All returns must be posted in the mail within the respective timeframe, as any orders returned to our warehouse outside of this may be denied.

FAQ's

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Your purchase should arrive in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@whoiselijah.com.au within 30 days of purchase. Any faulty items reported outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you.

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM

If you've accidentally ordered the wrong the perfume, please immediately contact support with your order number. Do it right way - once the shipping process has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order, and you will not be eligible to return, refund or exchange your order subject to your consumer law rights.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you have received a product that isn't what you ordered, please take a photo of the item and contact support within 7 days of delivery.

ALLERGIC REACTION

In the extremely rare instance that you've had an allergic reaction to a product, discontinue use of the product immediately, take a photo of the reaction, and contact our support team. Please ensure to read our full ingredient listing on each product page at the time of purchasing.

When receiving your fragrances, please refer to the ingredients listing o the packaging to ensure suitable for you skin. 

(Allergy-related returns must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund.)
